The widespread inertia of organisations stuck in a legacy patriarchal mindset holds businesses back from truly getting the most out of their workforce - and particularly the talented Women they have working within them.

To ensure this inertia is arrested and overturned it is vital that those Women in Leadership positions are promoted, celebrated and encouraged to reach down to the Women on their way up and pull other Women up to leadership positions within their own organisations and for Women and men in general to seek out talented and capable Women and put them on the fast track to leadership that their abilities demand and deserve.

It is not only Women that must work towards Women's Empowerment, but men as well because when Women are Empowered society as a whole benefits - and that includes Women and men, Girls and boys.
