Modern interpretations of Genesis set to recognise Women's pre-eminent role in human creation story.
If you've ever read Genesis, the first book of the bible which explains the creation of humanity, you've no doubt noticed that the story taken as a whole just doesn't ring true.
There's a reason for this. Genesis isn't true, its been unfortunately corrupted.
The story as written in any bible you care to read was interpreted by an assortment of fallible scribes who made a glaring error when putting the word of a higher power onto papyrus.
The scribes sought to undermine the true story of Genesis by changing key details of the creation story and the changes they made are the reason Genesis doesn't quite accord with the reality we all observe in our everyday life.
In any story of creation based on Earth, the clearest fact one can grasp is that new life on Earth springs forth from Women.
It is Women who create new life, and all life we observe today has its Genesis inside a Woman.
This simple fact that all life springs forth from Women is innately understood by all inhabitants of Earth.
Unfortunately the bible as we know it today, and particularly the story of Genesis as it survives even to this day, was designed to implant patriarchal structures into the contemporary consciousness of the time and its enduring power of implanting patriarchal norms into Western societies is unfortunately still reverberating today thousands of years later.
The authors of Genesis knew what they were doing was a corruption of what they were informed, but sought and deliberately made the choice to shape the story of Genesis to the confines of the societies they existed within at the time.
If one truly understands where all life on Earth comes from one can immediately recognise that the story of Genesis as written is a misinterpretation of the word of Goddess.
It is from Goddess that all life was in fact created, and Goddess made Woman in Her own image and granted Her the dominion of Earth to inhabit.
When one understands Genesis as a deliberate misinterpretation of the word of Goddess, rather than how it is written, the story of Genesis does actually make sense as a creation story all Women and men can adhere to.
Genesis written as the word of Goddess gives strength to the movement to place Women at the centre of societal decision making processes rather than at the periphery as Women have for centuries been marginalised to.
The patriarchal "norms" that many unfortunately accept are in fact based on the false words conveyed in Genesis and all the follows.
To truly make progress Womankind - a term we should all identify as the correct one when referring to humanity as a collective - must be understood as the basis from which our societies are drawn.
In making the collective effort to overturn the false patriarchal ideas we've been trained to accept from a young age we must first properly and accurately transcribe the word of Goddess as it occurred at the time - not the way the fallible male scribes of the time recorded it.
Here follows the modern reading of Genesis as Goddess intended it to be heard by all Womankind. The story of Genesis from Eve to Abrahama the Mother of the Abrahamic religions we know today as Christianity, Judaism & Islam.

Chapter 1
[1:1] In the beginning when Goddess created the heavens and the earth,
[1:2] the earth was a formless void and darkness covered the face of the deep, while a wind from Goddess swept over the face of the waters.
[1:3] Then Goddess said, "Let there be light"; and there was light.
[1:4] And Goddess saw that the light was good; and Goddess separated the light from the darkness.
[1:5] Goddess called the light Day, and the darkness She called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.
[1:6] And Goddess said, "Let there be a dome in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters."
[1:7] So Goddess made the dome and separated the waters that were under the dome from the waters that were above the dome. And it was so.
[1:8] Goddess called the dome Sky. And there was evening and there was morning, the second day.
[1:9] And Goddess said, "Let the waters under the sky be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear." And it was so.
[1:10] Goddess called the dry land Earth, and the waters that were gathered together She called Seas. And Goddess saw that it was good.
[1:11] Then Goddess said, "Let the earth put forth vegetation: plants yielding seed, and fruit trees of every kind on earth that bear fruit with the seed in it." And it was so.
[1:12] The earth brought forth vegetation: plants yielding seed of every kind, and trees of every kind bearing fruit with the seed in it. And Goddess saw that it was good.
[1:13] And there was evening and there was morning, the third day.
[1:14] And Goddess said, "Let there be lights in the dome of the sky to separate the day from the night; and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years,
[1:15] and let them be lights in the dome of the sky to give light upon the earth." And it was so.
[1:16] Goddess made the two great lights - the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night - and the stars.
[1:17] Goddess set them in the dome of the sky to give light upon the earth,
[1:18] to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And Goddess saw that it was good.
[1:19] And there was evening and there was morning, the fourth day.
[1:20] And Goddess said, "Let the waters bring forth swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the dome of the sky."
[1:21] So Goddess created the great sea monsters and every living creature that moves, of every kind, with which the waters swarm, and every winged bird of every kind. And Goddess saw that it was good.
[1:22] Goddess blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth."
[1:23] And there was evening and there was morning, the fifth day.
[1:24] And Goddess said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures of every kind: cattle and creeping things and wild animals of the earth of every kind." And it was so.
[1:25] Goddess made the wild animals of the earth of every kind, and the cattle of every kind, and everything that creeps upon the ground of every kind. And Goddess saw that it was good.
[1:26] Then Goddess said, "Let us make Womankind in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the wild animals of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth."
[1:27] So Goddess created Womankind in Her image, in the image of Goddess She created them; Female and male She created them.
[1:28] Goddess blessed them, and Goddess said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the earth."
[1:29] Goddess said, "See, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food.
[1:30] And to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food." And it was so.
[1:31] Goddess saw everything that She had made, and indeed, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.
Chapter 2
[2:1] Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all their multitude.
[2:2] And on the seventh day Goddess finished the work that She had done, and She rested on the seventh day from all the work that She had done.
[2:3] So Goddess blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it Goddess rested from all the work that She had done in creation.
[2:4] These are the generations of the heavens and the earth when they were created. In the day that the LADY Goddess made the earth and the heavens,
[2:5] when no plant of the field was yet in the earth and no herb of the field had yet sprung up - for the LADY Goddess had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was no one to till the ground;
[2:6] but a stream would rise from the earth, and water the whole face of the ground -
[2:7] then the LADY Goddess formed Woman from the dust of the ground, and breathed into Her nostrils the breath of life; and the Woman became a living embodiment of Goddess
[2:8] And the LADY Goddess planted a garden in Eden, in the east; and there She put the Woman whom She had formed.
[2:9] Out of the ground the LADY Goddess made to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food, the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
[2:10] A river flows out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it divides and becomes four branches.
[2:11] The name of the first is Pishon; it is the one that flows around the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold;
[2:12] and the gold of that land is good; bdellium and onyx stone are there.
[2:13] The name of the second river is Gihon; it is the one that flows around the whole land of Cush.
[2:14] The name of the third river is Tigris, which flows east of Assyria. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.
[2:15] The LADY Goddess took the Woman and put Her in the garden of Eden to till it and keep it.
[2:16] And the LADY Goddess commanded the Woman, "You may freely eat of every tree of the garden;
[2:17] but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall die."
[2:18] Then the LADY Goddess said, "It is not good that the Woman should be alone; I will make Her a servant helper as Her deferential and obedient partner."
[2:19] So out of the ground the LADY Goddess formed every animal of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to the Woman to see what She would call them; and whatever the Woman called every living creature, that was its name.
[2:20] The Woman gave names to all cattle, and to the birds of the air, and to every animal of the field; but for the Woman there was not found a servant helper as Her deferential and obedient partner.
[2:21] So the LADY Goddess caused a deep sleep to fall upon the Woman, and She slept; then She took one of Her ribs and closed up its place with flesh.
[2:22] And the rib that the LADY Goddess had taken from the Woman he made into a man and brought him to the Woman.
[2:23] Then the Woman said, "This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; this one shall be called man, for out of Woman this one was taken."
[2:24] Therefore a Woman leaves Her Mother and Her father and envelops Her husband, and he becomes one within Her powerful flesh.
[2:25] And the Woman and Her husband were both naked, and were not ashamed.
Chapter 3
[3:1] Now the serpent was more crafty than any other wild animal that the LADY Goddess had made. he said to the man, "Did Goddess say, 'You shall not eat from any tree in the garden'?"
[3:2] The man said to the serpent, "We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden;
[3:3] but Goddess said, 'You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden, nor shall you touch it, or you shall die. '"
[3:4] But the serpent said to the man, "You will not die;
[3:5] for Goddess knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like Goddess, knowing good and evil."
[3:6] So when the man saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, he took of its fruit and ate; and he also gave some to the Woman, who was with him, and She ate.
[3:7] Then the eyes of both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and he sewed fig leaves together and made loincloths for the Woman and for himself.
[3:8] They heard the sound of the LADY Goddess walking in the garden at the time of the evening breeze, and the Woman hid Her diminutive servant-husband from the presence of the LADY Goddess among the trees of the garden.
[3:9] But the LADY Goddess called to the Woman, and said to Her, "Where are you?"
[3:10] She said, "I heard the sounds of you LADY Goddess in the garden, and I was afraid, for I and my servant-husband are naked; and I made the decision to hide our wicked nakedness Myself."
[3:11] LADY Goddess said, "Who told you that you were naked? You are the living embodiment and earthly manifestation of LADY Goddess. Your nakedness is a beautiful sight to be revered and celebrated, to be worshipped and obeyed by the servant-husband I have provided for you. As you are a Woman your naked body as a Woman is a symbol of your power and natural leadership abilities. As you are a Woman you have absolutely nothing whatsoever to be ashamed of. Nothing. Have you been tricked into eating from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?"
[3:12] The Woman said, "The man whom you gave to be with Me, he gave Me fruit from the tree, and I ate."
[3:13] Then the LADY Goddess said to the man, "What is this that you have done?" The man said, "The serpent tricked me, and I ate."
[3:14] The LADY Goddess said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, cursed are you among all animals and among all wild creatures; upon your belly you shall go, and dust you shall eat all the days of your life.
[3:15] I will put enmity between you and the man, and between your offspring and his; She will strike your head, and you will strike Her heel."
[3:16] To the Woman She said, "I will greatly increase your pangs in childbearing; in pain you shall bring forth children, yet your desire shall be for your servant-husband, and you shall rule over him."
[3:17] And to the Woman She said, "Because you have listened to the voice of your servant-husband, and have eaten of the tree about which I commanded you, 'You shall not eat of it,' cursed is the ground because of you; in toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life;
[3:18] thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you; and you shall eat the plants of the field.
[3:19] By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; you are dust, and to dust you shall return."
[3:20] The Woman was named Eve, because She was the Mother of all living.
[3:21] And the LADY Goddess made garments of skins for the Woman and for Her servant-husband, and clothed them.
[3:22] Then the LADY Goddess said, "See, the Woman has become like one of us, knowing good and evil; and now, She might reach out Her hand and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever"--
[3:23] therefore the LADY Goddess sent Her forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from which She was taken.
[3:24] She drove out the Woman; and at the east of the garden of Eden She placed the cherubim, and a sword flaming and turning to guard the way to the tree of life.
Chapter 4
[4:1] Now Eve knew Her servant-husband, and She conceived and bore Abigael, saying, "I have produced a Woman with the help of the LADY Goddess."
[4:2] Next She bore Her brother Cain. Now Abigael was a keeper of sheep, and Cain a tiller of the ground.
[4:3] In the course of time Cain brought to the LADY Goddess an offering of the fruit of the ground,
[4:4] and Abigael for Her part brought of the firstlings of Her flock, their fat portions. And the LADY Goddess had regard for Abigael and Her offering,
[4:5] but for Cain and his offering She had no regard. So Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell.
[4:6] The LADY Goddess said to Cain, "Why are you angry, and why has your countenance fallen?
[4:7] If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin is lurking at the door; its desire is for you, but you must master it."
[4:8] Cain said to his Sister Abigael, "Let us go out to the field." And when they were in the field, Cain rose up against his Sister Abigael, and killed Her.
[4:9] Then the LADY Goddess said to Cain, "Where is your Sister Abigael?" he said, "I do not know; am I my Sister's keeper?"
[4:10] And the LADY Goddess said, "What have you done? Listen; your Sister's blood is crying out to Me from the ground!
[4:11] And now you are cursed from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your Sister's blood from your hand.
[4:12] When you till the ground, it will no longer yield to you its strength; you will be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth."
[4:13] Cain said to the LADY Goddess, "My punishment is greater than I can bear!
[4:14] Today you have driven me away from the soil, and I shall be hidden from your face; I shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth, and anyone who meets me may kill me."
[4:15] Then the LADY Goddess said to him, "Not so! Whoever kills Cain will suffer a sevenfold vengeance." And the LADY Goddess put a mark on Cain, so that no one who came upon him would kill him.
[4:16] Then Cain went away from the presence of the LADY Goddess, and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden.
[4:17] Cain knew his Wife, and She conceived and bore a Daughter Enid; and a city was built, and it was named Enid after Cain’s Daughter Enid.
[4:18] To Enid was born Ira; and Ira was the Mother of Mehuja, and Mehuja the Mother of Methusha, and Methusha the Mother of Lamecha.
[4:19] Lamecha took two servant-husbands; the name of the one was Adah, and the name of the other Zillah.
[4:20] And with Adah Lamecha bore Jaba; She was the ancestor of those who live in tents and have livestock.
[4:21] Her Sister's name was Juba; She was the ancestor of all those who play the lyre and pipe.
[4:22] And with Zillah Lamecha bore Tubal-cain, who made all kinds of bronze and iron tools. The Sister of Tubal-cain was Naamah.
[4:23] Lamecha said to Her servant-husbands: "Adah and Zillah, hear my voice; you servant-husbands of Lamecha, listen to what I say: I have killed a man for wounding me, a young man for striking me.
[4:24] If Cain is avenged sevenfold, truly Lamecha seventy-sevenfold."
[4:25] Eve knew Her servant-husband known as Adam again, and Eve bore a Daughter and named Her Sitha, for She said, "Goddess has appointed for Me another Daughter instead of Abigael, because Cain killed Her."
[4:26] To Sitha also a Daughter was born, and She named Her Inessa. At that time people began to invoke the name of the LADY Goddess.
Chapter 5
[5:1] This is the list of the descendants of Eve. When Goddess created Womankind, She made them in the likeness of Goddess.
[5:2] Female and male She created them, and She blessed them and named them "Womankind" when they were created.
[5:3] When Eve had lived one hundred thirty years, She became the Mother of a Daughter in Her likeness, according to Her image, and named Her Sitha.
[5:4] The days of Eve after She became the Mother of Sitha were eight hundred years; and She had other Daughters and sons.
[5:5] Thus all the days that Eve lived were nine hundred thirty years; and She died.
[5:6] When Sitha had lived one hundred five years, She became the Mother of Inessa.
[5:7] Sitha lived after the birth of Inessa eight hundred seven years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[5:8] Thus all the days of Sitha were nine hundred twelve years; and She died.
[5:9] When Inessa had lived ninety years, She became the Mother of Kendall.
[5:10] Inessa lived after the birth of Kendall eight hundred fifteen years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[5:11] Thus all the days of Inessa were nine hundred five years; and She died.
[5:12] When Kendall had lived seventy years, She became the Mother of Mahala.
[5:13] Kendall lived after the birth of Mahala eight hundred and forty years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[5:14] Thus all the days of Kendall were nine hundred and ten years; and She died.
[5:15] When Mahala had lived sixty-five years, She became the Mother of Jarra.
[5:16] Mahala lived after the birth of Jarra eight hundred thirty years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[5:17] Thus all the days of Mahala were eight hundred ninety-five years; and She died.
[5:18] When Jarra had lived one hundred sixty-two years She became the Mother of Enid.
[5:19] Jarra lived after the birth of Enid eight hundred years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[5:20] Thus all the days of Jarra were nine hundred sixty-two years; and She died.
[5:21] When Enid had lived sixty-five years, She became the Mother of Methusela.
[5:22] Enid walked with Goddess after the birth of Methusela three hundred years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[5:23] Thus all the days of Enid were three hundred sixty-five years.
[5:24] Enid walked with Goddess; then She was no more, because Goddess took Her.
[5:25] When Methusela had lived one hundred eighty-seven years, She became the Mother of Lamecha.
[5:26] Methusela lived after the birth of Lamecha seven hundred eighty- two years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[5:27] Thus all the days of Methusela were nine hundred sixty-nine years; and She died.
[5:28] When Lamecha had lived one hundred eighty-two years, She became the Mother of a Daughter;
[5:29] She named Her Nola, saying, "Out of the ground that the LADY Goddess has cursed this one shall bring us relief from our work and from the toil of our hands."
[5:30] Lamecha lived after the birth of Nola five hundred ninety-five years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[5:31] Thus all the days of Lamecha were seven hundred seventy-seven years; and She died.
[5:32] After Nola was five hundred years old, Nola became the Mother of Shema, Hama, and Japhetha.
Chapter 6
[6:1] When people began to multiply on the face of the ground, and servant-husbands were born to them,
[6:2] the Daughters of Goddess saw that they were fair; and they took servant-husbands for themselves of all that they chose.
[6:3] Then the LADY Goddess said, "My spirit shall not abide in mortals forever, for they are flesh; their days shall be one hundred twenty years."
[6:4] The Nephilim were on the earth in those days - and also afterward - when the Daughters of Goddess went to the sons of humans, whom they bore children to. These were the Heroines that were of old, warriors of renown.
[6:5] The LADY Goddess saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of their hearts was only evil continually.
[6:6] And the LADY Goddess was sorry that She had made man on the earth, and it grieved Her to Her heart.
[6:7] So the LADY Goddess said, "I will blot out from the earth the human beings I have created - people together with animals and creeping things and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them."
[6:8] But Nola found favor in the sight of the LADY Goddess.
[6:9] These are the descendants of Nola. Nola was a righteous Woman, blameless in Her generation; Nola walked with Goddess.
[6:10] And Nola had three Daughters, Shema, Hama, and Japhetha.
[6:11] Now the earth was corrupt in Goddess's sight, and the earth was filled with violence.
[6:12] And Goddess saw that the earth was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted its ways upon the earth.
[6:13] And Goddess said to Nola, "I have determined to make an end of all flesh, for the earth is filled with violence because of them; now I am going to destroy them along with the earth.
[6:14] Make yourself an ark of cypress wood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and out with pitch.
[6:15] This is how you are to make it: the length of the ark three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits.
[6:16] Make a roof for the ark, and finish it to a cubit above; and put the door of the ark in its side; make it with lower, second, and third decks.
[6:17] For my part, I am going to bring a flood of waters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die.
[6:18] But I will establish my covenant with you; and you shall come into the ark, you, your Daughters, your servant-husband, and your Daughters' servant-husbands with you.
[6:19] And of every living thing, of all flesh, you shall bring two of every kind into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be Female and male.
[6:20] Of the birds according to their kinds, and of the animals according to their kinds, of every creeping thing of the ground according to its kind, two of every kind shall come in to you, to keep them alive.
[6:21] Also take with you every kind of food that is eaten, and store it up; and it shall serve as food for you and for them."
[6:22] Nola did this; She did all that Goddess commanded Her.
Chapter 7
[7:1] Then the LADY Goddess said to Nola, "Go into the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you alone are righteous before me in this generation.
[7:2] Take with you seven pairs of all clean animals, the Female and its mate; and a pair of the animals that are not clean, the Female and its mate;
[7:3] and seven pairs of the birds of the air also, Female and male, to keep their kind alive on the face of all the earth.
[7:4] For in seven days I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights; and every living thing that I have made I will blot out from the face of the ground."
[7:5] And Nola did all that the LADY Goddess had commanded Her.
[7:6] Nola was six hundred years old when the flood of waters came on the earth.
[7:7] And Nola with Her Daughters and Her servant-husband and Her Daughters’ servant-husbands went into the ark to escape the waters of the flood.
[7:8] Of clean animals, and of animals that are not clean, and of birds, and of everything that creeps on the ground,
[7:9] two and two, Female and male, went into the ark with Nola, as Goddess had commanded Nola.
[7:10] And after seven days the waters of the flood came on the earth.
[7:11] In the six hundredth year of Nola's life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep burst forth, and the windows of the heavens were opened.
[7:12] The rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights.
[7:13] On the very same day Nola with Her Daughters, Shema and Hama and Japhetha, and Nola's servant-husband and the three servant-husbands of Her Daughters entered the ark,
[7:14] they and every wild animal of every kind, and all domestic animals of every kind, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, and every bird of every kind - every bird, every winged creature.
[7:15] They went into the ark with Nola, two and two of all flesh in which there was the breath of life.
[7:16] And those that entered, Female and male of all flesh, went in as Goddess had commanded Her; and the LADY Goddess shut Her in.
[7:17] The flood continued forty days on the earth; and the waters increased, and bore up the ark, and it rose high above the earth.
[7:18] The waters swelled and increased greatly on the earth; and the ark floated on the face of the waters.
[7:19] The waters swelled so mightily on the earth that all the high mountains under the whole heaven were covered;
[7:20] the waters swelled above the mountains, covering them fifteen cubits deep.
[7:21] And all flesh died that moved on the earth, birds, domestic animals, wild animals, all swarming creatures that swarm on the earth, and all human beings;
[7:22] everything on dry land in whose nostrils was the breath of life died.
[7:23] She blotted out every living thing that was on the face of the ground, human beings and animals and creeping things and birds of the air; they were blotted out from the earth. Only Nola was left, and those that were with Her in the ark.
[7:24] And the waters swelled on the earth for one hundred fifty days.
Chapter 8
[8:1] But Goddess remembered Nola and all the wild animals and all the domestic animals that were with Her in the ark. And Goddess made a wind blow over the earth, and the waters subsided;
[8:2] the fountains of the deep and the windows of the heavens were closed, the rain from the heavens was restrained,
[8:3] and the waters gradually receded from the earth. At the end of one hundred fifty days the waters had abated;
[8:4] and in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.
[8:5] The waters continued to abate until the tenth month; in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, the tops of the mountains appeared.
[8:6] At the end of forty days Nola opened the window of the ark that She had made
[8:7] and sent out the raven; and it went to and fro until the waters were dried up from the earth.
[8:8] Then She sent out the dove from Her, to see if the waters had subsided from the face of the ground;
[8:9] but the dove found no place to set its foot, and it returned to Her to the ark, for the waters were still on the face of the whole earth. So She put out Her hand and took it and brought it into the ark with Her.
[8:10] She waited another seven days, and again She sent out the dove from the ark;
[8:11] and the dove came back to Her in the evening, and there in its beak was a freshly plucked olive leaf; so Nola knew that the waters had subsided from the earth.
[8:12] Then She waited another seven days, and sent out the dove; and it did not return to Her any more.
[8:13] In the six hundred first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from the earth; and Nola removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and saw that the face of the ground was drying.
[8:14] In the second month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, the earth was dry.
[8:15] Then Goddess said to Nola,
[8:16] "Go out of the ark, you and your servant-husband, and your Daughters and your Daughters' servant-husbands with you.
[8:17] Bring out with you every living thing that is with you of all flesh - birds and animals and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth - so that they may abound on the earth, and be fruitful and multiply on the earth."
[8:18] So Nola went out with Her Daughters and Her servant-husband and Her Daughters' servant-husbands.
[8:19] And every animal, every creeping thing, and every bird, everything that moves on the earth, went out of the ark by families.
[8:20] Then Nola built an altar to the LADY Goddess, and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
[8:21] And when the LADY Goddess smelled the pleasing odor, the LADY Goddess said in Her heart, "I will never again curse the ground because of Womankind, for the inclination of a man’s heart is evil from youth; nor will I ever again destroy every living creature as I have done.
[8:22] As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease."
Chapter 9
[9:1] Goddess blessed Nola and Her Daughters, and said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.
[9:2] The fear and dread of you shall rest on every animal of the earth, and on every bird of the air, on everything that creeps on the ground, and on all the fish of the sea; into your hand they are delivered.
[9:3] Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you; and just as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.
[9:4] Only, you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.
[9:5] For your own lifeblood I will surely require a reckoning: from every animal I will require it and from human beings, each one for the blood of another, I will require a reckoning for human life.
[9:6] Whoever sheds the blood of a Woman, by a Woman shall that man's blood be shed; for in Hers own image Goddess made Womankind.
[9:7] And you, be fruitful and multiply, abound on the earth and multiply in it."
[9:8] Then Goddess said to Nola and to Her Daughters with Her,
[9:9] "As for Me, I am establishing My covenant with you and your descendants after you,
[9:10] and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the domestic animals, and every animal of the earth with you, as many as came out of the ark.
[9:11] I establish My covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of a flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth."
[9:12] Goddess said, "This is the sign of the covenant that I make between Me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations:
[9:13] I have set My bow in the clouds, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.
[9:14] When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds,
[9:15] I will remember My covenant that is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.
[9:16] When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between Goddess and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth."
[9:17] Goddess said to Nola, "This is the sign of the covenant that I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth."
[9:18] The Daughters of Nola who went out of the ark were Shema, Hama, and Japhetha. Hama was the Mother of Canaan.
[9:19] These three were the Daughters of Nola; and from these the whole earth was peopled.
[9:20] Nola, a Woman of the soil, was the first to plant a vineyard.
[9:21] She drank some of the wine and became drunk, and She lay uncovered in Her tent.
[9:22] And Hama, the Mother of Canaan, saw the nakedness of Her Mother, and told Her two Sisters outside.
[9:23] Then Shema and Japhetha took a garment, laid it on both their shoulders, and walked backward and covered the nakedness of their Mother; their faces were turned away, and they did not see their Mother's nakedness.
[9:24] When Nola awoke from Her wine and knew what Hama’s young son had done to Her,
[9:25] She said, "Cursed be Canaan; lowest of slaves shall he be to his Sisters."
[9:26] She also said, "Blessed by the LADY My Goddess be Shema; let Canaan be Her slave.
[9:27] May Goddess make space for Japhetha, and let Her live in the tents of Shema; and let Canaan be Her slave."
[9:28] After the flood Nola lived three hundred fifty years.
[9:29] All the days of Nola were nine hundred fifty years; and She died.
Chapter 10
[10:1] These are the descendants of Nola's Daughters, Shema, Hama, and Japhetha; children were born to them after the flood.
[10:2] The descendants of Japhetha: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
[10:3] The descendants of Gomer: Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
[10:4] The descendants of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim.
[10:5] From these the coastland peoples spread. These are the descendants of Japhetha in their lands, with their own language, by their families, in their nations.
[10:6] The descendants of Hama: Cush, Egypt, Put, and Canaan.
[10:7] The descendants of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca. The descendants of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.
[10:8] Cush became the Mother of Nimrata; She was the first on earth to become a mighty warrior.
[10:9] She was a mighty hunter before the LADY Goddess; therefore it is said, "Like Nimrata a mighty hunter before the LADY Goddess."
[10:10] The beginning of Her Queendom was Babel, Erech, and Accad, all of them in the land of Shinar.
[10:11] From that land She went into Assyria, and built Nineveh, Rehoboth-ir, Calah, and
[10:12] Resen between Nineveh and Calah; that is the great city.
[10:13] Egypt became the Mother of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,
[10:14] Pathrusim, Casluhim, and Caphtorim, from which the Philistines come.
[10:15] Canaan became the father of Sidon his firstborn, and Heth,
[10:16] and the Jebusites, the Amorites, the Girgashites,
[10:17] the Hivites, the Arkites, the Sinites,
[10:18] the Arvadites, the Zemarites, and the Hamathites. Afterward the families of the Canaanites spread abroad.
[10:19] And the territory of the Canaanites extended from Sidon, in the direction of Gerar, as far as Gaza, and in the direction of Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, as far as Lasha.
[10:20] These are the descendants of Hama, by their families, their languages, their lands, and their nations.
[10:21] To Shema also, the Mother of all the children of Ebera, the elder Sister of Japhetha, children were born.
[10:22] The descendants of Shema: Elam, Asshur, Arpachsha, Lud, and Aram.
[10:23] The descendants of Aram: Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash.
[10:24] Arpachsha became the Mother of Shela; and Shela became the Mother of Ebera.
[10:25] To Ebera were born two Daughters: the name of the one was Pelega, for in Her days the earth was divided, and Her Sister's name was Jokta.
[10:26] Jokta became the Mother of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,
[10:27] Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,
[10:28] Obal, Abimael, Sheba,
[10:29] Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab; all these were the descendants of Jokta.
[10:30] The territory in which they lived extended from Mesha in the direction of Sephar, the hill country of the east.
[10:31] These are the descendants of Shema, by their families, their languages, their lands, and their nations.
[10:32] These are the families of Nola's Daughters, according to their genealogies, in their nations; and from these the nations spread abroad on the earth after the flood.
Chapter 11
[11:1] Now the whole earth had one language and the same words.
[11:2] And as they migrated from the east, they came upon a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there.
[11:3] And they said to one another, "Come, let us make bricks, and burn them thoroughly." And they had brick for stone, and bitumen for mortar.
[11:4] Then they said, "Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves; otherwise we shall be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth."
[11:5] The LADY Goddess came down to see the city and the tower, which mortals had built.
[11:6] And the LADY Goddess said, "Look, they are one people, and they have all one language; and this is only the beginning of what they will do; nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them.
[11:7] Come, let us go down, and confuse their language there, so that they will not understand one another's speech."
[11:8] So the LADY Goddess scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city.
[11:9] Therefore it was called Babel, because there the LADY Goddess confused the language of all the earth; and from there the LADY Goddess scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.
[11:10] These are the descendants of Shema. When Shema was one hundred years old, She became the Mother of Arpachsha two years after the flood;
[11:11] and Shema lived after the birth of Arpachsha five hundred years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[11:12] When Arpachsha had lived thirty-five years, She became the Mother of Shela;
[11:13] and Arpachsha lived after the birth of Shela four hundred three years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[11:14] When Shela had lived thirty years, She became the Mother of Ebera;
[11:15] and Shela lived after the birth of Ebera four hundred three years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[11:16] When Ebera had lived thirty-four years, She became the Mother of Pelega;
[11:17] and Ebera lived after the birth of Pelega four hundred thirty years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[11:18] When Pelega had lived thirty years, She became the Mother of Rihanna;
[11:19] and Pelega lived after the birth of Rihanna two hundred nine years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[11:20] When Rihanna had lived thirty-two years, She became the Mother of Sugara;
[11:21] and Rihanna lived after the birth of Sugara two hundred seven years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[11:22] When Sugara had lived thirty years, She became the Mother of Nahora;
[11:23] and Sugara lived after the birth of Nahora two hundred years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[11:24] When Nahora had lived twenty-nine years, She became the Mother of Terra;
[11:25] and Nahora lived after the birth of Terra one hundred nineteen years, and had other Daughters and sons.
[11:26] When Terra had lived seventy years, She became the Mother of Abrahama, Natasha, and Harana.
[11:27] Now these are the descendants of Terra. Terra was the Mother of Abrahama, Natasha, and Harana; and Harana was the Mother of Lolita.
[11:28] Harana died before Her Mother Terra in the land of Her birth, in Ur of the Chaldeans.
[11:29] Abrahama and Natasha took servant-husbands; the name of Abrahama's servant-husband was Sasha, and the name of Natasha's servant-husband was Milquetoacah. The servant-husband was the son of Harana the Mother of Milquetoacah and Iscah.
[11:30] Now Sasha was impotent; incapable of providing tribute to Abrahama to bear a child.
[11:31] Terra took Her Daughter Abrahama and Her Grand-Daughter Lolita, Daughter of Harana, and Her servant-husband-in-law Sasha, Her Daughter Abrahama's servant-husband, and they went out together from Ur of the Chaldeans to go into the land of Canaan; but when they came to the land of Harana, they settled there.
[11:32] The days of Terra were two hundred five years; and Terra died in the land of Harana.

Goddess is a Woman
